I took screen shots of our conversation which is below. When I told her I’d sent it multiple times, she asked me for my email address I sent it with, I provided it, and then she came back and said everything is fine and all paper work is fine for now, or something along those lines.
I don’t know what a KYC verification is but I corresponded with chat again yesterday, and again, I was told I needed to send ID verification. I have never tried to cash out with them before.
